The hotel was clean. Peaceful and convenient location in Smithers, not far from several restaurants, shops and restaurants and the center Of town. Variety of goodies for breakfast.

We enjoyed the time here and would stay here again. Everything was good, nonetheless we stayed for 2 nights only. The setting was quite great within easy reach of Bulkley Valley Museum.

Dripping bathtub tap annoying!!! Coffee pot too small for proper use!!! Street noise intrusive, affecting sleep comfort!!! Upgrades desperately needed in bathroom fixtures and carpet!!!

Well, the room had a lovely smell of mold, an absolute delight! Street noise was a sweet music in the night, just what i needed. And really, after suffering through that, a simple room upgrade would've been the least they could do. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't, since nothing was worth my precious time.

The location was super convenient. The place was clean, and the in-room amenities like the fridge helped keep our kids happy. Plus, the internet was strong, a must with three young kids.
My wife says that the coffee pot was too small for our family.

Got a super clean and spacious room with comfy beds that made for great sleep. Enjoyed the on-site guest laundry and the full kitchen, which made our stay even more relaxing. Only downside was that the bathroom could use a little upgrade, but it was still a pleasant experience overall! 😊
